Lloyds Banking Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Crime Business Optimisation, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on leading a team to embed financial crime controls across consumer and connected finance transformations, enabling safe, sustainable growth.

This hybrid role requires building governance, managing change across business, product, operations and technology, and translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions.

Formación

• In-depth understanding of financial crime risk and controls, interpreting policy and regulatory requirements into practical change.
• Experience managing complex regulatory change from impact assessment through governance, delivery and embedding.
• Strong risk judgement and critical-thinking, with the ability to advise on complex, uncertain or contested positions.
• Experience building relationships across business, operations, risk, change and technology teams.
• Ability to manage a broad portfolio, prioritise resources by risk and value, and maintain delivery focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of subject matter experts, setting priorities and allocating resources by risk.
• Represent Financial Crime across business-led change, define requirements, assess impacts and translate policy into practical solutions.
• Lead Financial Crime change across roadmaps, resolve barriers and influence delivery priorities.
• Provide expert challenge on complex Financial Crime and risk matters, balancing regulatory requirements with customer outcomes.
• Governance involvement to ensure material change is visible and appropriately prioritised.
• Drive process improvements that strengthen controls and improve efficiency and resilience.
• Use data to inform prioritisation, demonstrate impact and support decision-making.
• Support policy and audit actions across the Economic Crime Prevention ecosystem, including AI adoption.
