Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Manager in Financial Crime Business Optimisation for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with offices across multiple UK locations.

You will lead a team of Financial Crime and change specialists, embedding risk-based controls across business, product, operational and technology change. You’ll partner with first-line teams and internal partners, prioritising resources by risk and deputising for the Head when required.

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a regulatory risk environment.
• Experience translating policy into practical change requirements.
• Strong communication of complex risk concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Financial Crime change specialists.
• Represent Financial Crime across business-led change and governance.
• Define requirements, assess impacts and translate policy into practical solutions.
• Lead change across roadmaps, resolving barriers and influencing priorities.
• Provide expert challenge on complex Financial Crime and risk matters.
• Drive governance to ensure visibility and prioritisation of material changes.
• Use data to inform prioritisation and decision-making.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled change management across the portfolio.
