Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director, EHDS Data Cataloguing to lead the operational and technical efforts for identifying, classifying, and maintaining the in-scope health data for European Health Data Space. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Data Transparency and collaborates with Data Sharing, Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, and Technology teams.

Experience identifying, classifying and describing large health datasets.
Knowledge of EHDS data categories and metadata standards.
Ability to coordinate across data owners, Legal, Privacy, and Regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

Leads the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream and coordinates data owners and functional representatives to identify the universe of in-scope datasets, data sources, and holdings requiring assessment.
Establishes and maintains a complete inventory of in-scope data, including ownership, applicable EHDS data category, key asset characteristics, source, status, and dependencies.
Applies and maintains the classification approach for in-scope holdings against EHDS data categories and requirements.
Applies the target metadata standard, including HealthDCAT-AP, to ensure catalogue entries are complete and interoperable.
Develops minimum metadata requirements, decision framework, and controls for consistent cataloging.
Coordinates with data owners to obtain, validate, and maintain required dataset information and resolve gaps.
