PwC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager – Early Careers within People Solutions Talent Acquisition to lead UK recruitment across our graduate, undergraduate, entry-level and future talent programmes.

You will translate workforce requirements into successful hiring outcomes, collaborating with business leaders, internal teams and our Recruitment Process Outsourcing partner to shape programme development and simplify the candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Significant Talent Acquisition experience across Early Careers and high-volume recruitment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven capability managing outsourced partners and vendor governance.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership across Early Careers recruitment, ensuring programmes are commercially sustainable and high quality.
• Translate workforce plans into clear recruitment plans with Talent Acquisition Partners and RPO.
• Shape programme development and drive delivery with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
• Monitor pipeline health, service levels, candidate experience and delivery risks; escalate material issues.
