Job summary

Morgan Spencer Recruitment London is supporting a leading Professional Services organisation in London with an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner role on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.

You will own the graduate and school leaver recruitment programme, handling high-volume campaigns (~50 hires/year) across multiple divisions, coordinating from application to offer, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, Graduate or Campus recruitment.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence hiring managers.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Highly organised with excellent project management and process management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment streams simultaneously with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of graduate and school leaver recruitment programmes.
• Manage campaigns for ~50 annual Early Careers hires across business areas.
• Oversee candidate selection from application to offer stage.
• Build relationships with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Ensure divisions follow specific recruitment processes and timelines.
