Job summary

PRIMA Partners Global is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture for global clients. You will guide strategy, design, and delivery across sales and service domains, steer workshops, and mentor teams within the Microsoft Technology Practice.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to shape end-to-end solutions, leverage Power Platform and Copilot AI, and drive innovate adoption while managing client expectations and risk.

Qualifications

• Delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution architectures at scale.
• Experience in Sales and/or Service functions architecture with Power Platform.
• Ability to design end-to-end architecture across CRM, data, security, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 architecture workstream across engagement lifecycle.
• Mentor junior talent and build high-performing teams.
• Support pre-sales with compelling propositions and client-facing narratives.
• Translate business needs into functional/non-functional requirements.
