Job summary

Maveric Systems Limited in London is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead architecture for D365 implementations and drive integration projects. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs and supervise cross-functional teams in delivery.

The role requires deep D365 experience, strong Microsoft certifications, and the ability to guide pre-sales, governance, and data migration activities within a global delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading large-scale D365 transformation projects.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Provide guidance on customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and functional teams during project delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive data migration, deployment, and environment management strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to technical teams.
