Job Summary:

This role within the London-based EMEA Disney Partnerships team will help lead partnership growth for Disney+. The primary focus is managing external client outreach to identify potential brands to develop new partnerships that drive subscriber growth for Disney+. Partnerships are a core part of Disney+’s growth plan, and this role will be instrumental in driving this across various deal types, working with the DTC + affiliate teams.

The role involves developing a deep understanding of Disney+’s commercial business and content to negotiate long-term deals that enhance subscription growth and unlock marketing and promotional opportunities, including broader integrated advertising opportunities.

The candidate will coordinate regional campaigns, support local market teams, and develop strategic narratives and sales tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Effective communication and stakeholder management are essential, with an emphasis on influencing senior management internally and externally.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Disney+ subscription and marketing partnerships across UK & EMEA.
  2. Deliver multi-territory and local market deals.
  3. Ensure opportunities are best-in-class for partners.
  4. Collaborate internally to execute deals efficiently and strategically.
  5. Identify integrated marketing and advertising opportunities beyond subscriptions.
  6. Develop and pitch partnership opportunities, building strong relationships.
  7. Understand the Disney+ ecosystem and partnership opportunities (promotions, ad sales, affiliates, distribution).
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Graduate level or equivalent experience.
  2. Previous senior managerial experience.
  3. 7-8 years in a partnerships role, preferably in DTC or subscription services.
  4. Strong negotiation skills and experience with international deals.
  5. Understanding of media landscape, especially TV/CTV.
  6. Knowledge of IP rights and processes.
  7. Proven ability to influence senior management and build collaborative relationships.
  8. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  9. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Keynote.
  10. Experience navigating complex global matrix organizations.
  11. Deep understanding of the competitive DTC market.
  12. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and maintain a strong network of brand contacts.
  13. Knowledge of subscription, loyalty, or reward programs is beneficial.
Additional Information:

Some European travel may be required. This is an office-based role with 4 days at the Hammersmith, London office, and 1 day remote (Monday or Friday).
