Lloyds Banking Group plc is seeking a Senior Manager in Customer Conduct & Product Governance to translate regulatory requirements into clear policy guardrails and to drive governance across the product lifecycle. You will lead design and embedding of governance tooling, provide expert policy interpretation, and support data‑driven decision making at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Expertise in banking conduct regulation and policy requirements (Consumer Duty, product governance, lifecycle governance).
• Experience in customer conduct or product governance roles (≥5 years).
• Experience in second-line risk or compliance with independent oversight.
• Strong drafting skills for reports, policies, or guidance to senior audiences.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on Customer Conduct policy interpretation and governance.
• Lead design and embedding of product governance and fair value tooling.
• Draft and roll out Customer Conduct Policy guidance aligned to regulatory expectations.
• Offer concise, commercially focused advice supporting compliant, customer‑centred solutions.
• Monitor customer conduct risk through MI, thematic reviews, and board reporting.
• Oversee 1LoD activities, identify and escalate emerging conduct risks and remediation plans.
