Job summary

Weareedenbrook in the United Kingdom seeks a Product Governance Manager to lead and enhance product governance across the full lifecycle within a Lloyd’s market insurer.

You will maintain the Product Governance and Complaints Frameworks in line with FCA Consumer Duty and Lloyd’s requirements, oversee delegated arrangements and conduct risk indicators, and collaborate with underwriting, claims and compliance to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years conduct risk and product governance experience within the Lloyd’s market.
• Delegated Authority, Coverholder, or MGA oversight experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Product Governance and Complaints Frameworks in line with FCA, Consumer Duty and Lloyd’s requirements.
• Lead product governance across the full lifecycle, including product approval, target market, distribution, fair value, reviews and ongoing monitoring.
• Manage the product catalogue, governance documentation, conduct risk indicators, MI and product risk tolerances.
• Oversee complaints trends, root causes, remediation and third-party/delegated arrangements, using customer insights to drive product and conduct improvements.
• Provide subject matter expertise, pragmatic challenge and advice to first-line teams and senior stakeholders.
• Support oversight of coverholders, TPAs and delegated claims and complaints arrangements from a customer outcomes perspective.
• Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and Delegated Authority teams to identify, assess and manage conduct risks.
• Support Product Oversight and governance forums, regulatory reporting, audits, remediation programmes and Lloyd’s oversight reviews.
• Deliver conduct-focused training and contribute to regulatory change initiatives.
