Job summary

Baringa in London seeks a Senior Manager for the Enterprise Value Creation (EVC) practice. You will lead cost and margin improvement programmes, shaping strategy and roadmaps while guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sustained value for clients.

The role emphasizes coaching, business development, and building the London EVC team. We value senior stakeholder engagement, strong communication, and the ability to travel internationally up to 30%, including EU/UK assignments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Business, Finance or Accounting (Master's preferred).
• Track record leading margin and cost-improvement programmes.
• Experience across the client lifecycle from diagnostics to mobilisation.
• Experience in business development and industry-sector delivery, and/or with private equity.
• Strong stakeholder communication, presentation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost and margin improvement programmes end to end for client transformation.
• Shape EVC strategy and roadmaps tailored to client needs with senior stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across the firm.
• Ensure value is realised through benefits tracking and client capability building.
• Coach team members and develop their skills and careers.
• Build long-term client relationships, shape proposals, and contribute to BD.
• Help build the London EVC team and its market reputation through recruitment and capability growth.
