Job summary

Baringa is growing its Enterprise Value Creation practice in London and seeks a Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled operations programmes end to end. You will shape strategies, oversee delivery teams, and drive measurable value for clients across sectors, including financial services, products and government.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 50% within the UK/EU.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in AI-enabled operations and transformations.
• Experience in a top-tier management or technology consultancy.
• Experience across the client lifecycle from diagnostics to benefits realisation.
• Strong grounding in AI/automation technologies and data controls for production.
• Experience managing SI, vendors or internal delivery teams.
• Experience in business development across one of Baringa’s sectors.
• Strong stakeholder relationship, communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled operations programmes end to end from diagnostics to value realisation.
• Shape AI and operational transformation strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Oversee SI, vendors and internal delivery teams to deliver to scope and quality.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Baringa and build client capability.
• Ensure sustained value through robust benefits tracking and adoption.
• Coach teams and develop career paths for colleagues.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to proposals and business development.
• Contribute to proposition development and capability growth in UK EVC.
