Job summary

Age UK is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join Corporate Partnerships as Senior Manager (Fixed Term until 11 February 2028). You will co-lead our Partnership Management team, develop strategic partnerships and drive income growth while mentoring staff.

The role blends relationship management with leadership, requiring senior stakeholder engagement, bid development, and delivery of high-value partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to deliver outputs at pace.
• Proven success delivering £1M+ high-value strategic partnerships.
• Experience securing six- to seven-figure, multi-year investments from companies.
• Experience with different corporate partnerships (employee, consumer, grants, commercial).
• Ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders professionally.
• Strategy development and implementation for partnerships.
• Sound financial management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the Partnership Management team to drive retention and growth.
• Develop innovative partnership strategies that deliver income growth.
• Lead relationship management with senior stakeholders across partner organisations.
