Job summary

YMCA England & Wales is seeking a Senior Fundraising Officer to grow our corporate partnerships in London with a hybrid model. You will identify prospects, tailor proposals, and convert conversations into tangible opportunities, building a strong pipeline while working closely with the Senior Fundraising Manager.

You’ll join a warm, collaborative team, with the space to take initiative and learn from experienced colleagues.

• You are energetic, ambitious, and have experience developing new business with prospective partners.

• You are proactive, organised and commercially minded, with autonomy to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new corporate partners; plan outreach and develop bespoke propositions.
• Turn conversations with prospects into meaningful opportunities.
• Maintain a well-qualified pipeline of new opportunities and brief partnerships for growth.
• Hand each partnership to Account Management with a full briefing for expansion.
