Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial Development Projects for its Vision Care business in Western Europe. The role is office based with a hybrid model in UK, France, or Ireland, and requires up to 30% travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in programme and portfolio management in complex, matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and govern multiple interconnected projects with alignment to Vision strategic priorities.
• Develop integrated programme plans including timelines, dependencies, resources, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Implement robust governance with executive-level reporting on value delivery, portfolio health and trade-offs.
• Lead and influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Compliance.
• Translate strategic priorities into a structured roadmap and sequenced project portfolio with measurable value delivery.
