We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Cloud Security to join our global cybersecurity leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and governing Nothreat’s cloud and container security strategy across multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, DevOps, Governance, and Client Security—to define security architecture patterns, implement cloud security controls, and ensure secure-by-design practices are embedded across all deployments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong communication and strategic alignment skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and governing Nothreat’s cloud and container security strategy across multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, DevOps, Governance, and Client Security—to define security architecture patterns, implement cloud security controls, and ensure secure-by-design practices are embedded across all deployments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong communication and strategic alignment skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage cloud and container security frameworks and policies across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Develop and maintain security reference architectures and technical roadmaps for Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and serverless platforms.
• Conduct security reviews and threat modeling of new cloud-native solutions, services, and Generative AI integrations.
• Collaborate with security architects, platform teams, and client-facing project leads to ensure consistent implementation of cloud security controls.
• Provide technical leadership for the development of “secure-by-design” practices and guidance for DevSecOps teams.
• Review and refine identity, access management, and network segmentation strategies for multi-cloud environments.
• Monitor the evolving threat landscape and proactively identify gaps or opportunities to improve detection and protection capabilities.
• Act as the primary security advisor to engineering teams building client-facing SaaS and AI applications.
• Liaise with risk, compliance, and assurance functions to ensure security alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST).
• Evangelize cloud security best practices internally and with clients to build trust and awareness.

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity roles, with 3+ years focused specifically on cloud and container security.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in securing Kubernetes clusters, container runtimes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience conducting cloud security assessments, designing security controls, and reviewing cloud-native application architectures.
• Familiarity with microservices, API security, identity federation, and encryption models for data-in-transit and at rest.
• Deep understanding of network security in cloud virtual environments (VPCs, security groups, service meshes).
• Proficiency in communicating complex security topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience working in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP, CCSP, or other ISC2 credentials
• CKS, CKA, or CKAD
• KCNA or KCSA
• Cloud provider certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, etc.)
