Responsibilities:

Own design, administration, and operational cadence of our global commissions process for sales, success and partnerships functions, at an extremely high level of quality and accuracy

Develop scalable mechanisms to automate and integrate systems to seamlessly track and payout our GTM teams, including participation agreements and commission statements

Drive insightful analysis on incentive KPIs and key revenue drivers and that align with our top-line business objectives

Capture and maintain business requirements, playbooks and documentation to ensure all commissioned teams have clear understanding of their incentives

Direct the activities of junior resources to deliver on compensation processes and objectives (both direct reports and indirect reports)

Partner with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a sales compensation (preferably in SaaS/Technology)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up

Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through with tasks reliably and

independently

Proven experience developing and administering incentive models that drive intended GTM behavior to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage complex projects end-to-end, from design to execution and QA

Outstanding modeling and presentation skills with demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights
