Job summary

Skipton International is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Change to steer governance, prioritisation and delivery across a diverse portfolio of business and technology change initiatives. You will partner with Executive Committee and key stakeholders to align change activity with strategy and realise measurable outcomes.

You will lead a team of PMOs, business analysts and project managers, embedding strong governance, agile practices and continuous improvement to drive strategic transformation

Skipton International is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Change to lead the governance, prioritisation and delivery of a diverse portfolio of business and technology change initiatives. Reporting at senior level, you will work closely with Executive Committee members and key stakeholders to ensure change activity aligns with business strategy and delivers measurable outcomes.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and PMO professionals, embedding strong governance, agile ways of working and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have significant experience leading large-scale change within complex organisations, strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering strategic transformation.
