The Metric Bio team is partnered with a global leader in the large molecule CDMO space, and we are searching for a Senior Business Development Manager/Associate Director Business Development.

This role involves utilizing the company's global presence, state-of-the-art facilities, and reputation, along with your experience in the CDMO/CRO space, to sell Biologics and Antibody services across the UK and Nordic regions.

What will you do?

• Develop new and existing accounts in the pharma and biotech sectors.
• Attend trade shows.
• Identify and pursue customers requiring large molecule, antibody, or ADC services.

What will you bring?

• A B.Sc. or higher in a related discipline.
• A hunter's mentality, eager to drive new business.
