Job summary

Baringa is seeking a Senior Manager for its Insurance practice focused on Life & Pensions to drive large-scale transformation and regulatory programmes for leading insurers and pension providers in the UK. Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large transformation programmes in Life & Pensions.
• Experience delivering across insurers, pension providers or outsourcing partners.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation programmes for Life & Pensions clients, from mobilisation through to delivery.
• Deliver large-scale business and technology change across core Life & Pensions domains including policy administration, propositions, distribution, servicing and operations.
• Provide senior day-to-day leadership, guiding programme teams and client stakeholders to deliver outcomes quickly and with quality.
• Shape and oversee technology-enabled transformation, including target operating model design and platform implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, acting as a go-to advisor on delivery challenges.
• Support growth of Life & Pensions practice through business development and account growth.
• Identify opportunities with existing and new clients and convert demand into opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop teams, fostering an inclusive high-performing environment.
