Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Learning & Workforce Reinvention Manager to lead strategic client engagements at the intersection of consulting, AI and enterprise transformation. You will shape learning operating models, deploy AI-enabled platforms, and drive end-to-end skilling programs for large-scale workforce transformation.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, delivery excellence and the ability to connect learning with talent operating models.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading end-to-end client engagements in learning or workforce transformation.
• Experience advising on learning technology ecosystems and AI-enabled platforms.
• Ability to connect learning with wider talent and transformation agendas.

Responsibilities

• Act as engagement lead, delivering multi-workstream learning and workforce transformation projects.
• Oversee learning experience design, content development, platform implementation and delivery management.
• Architect enterprise-scale skilling solutions and advise on content ecosystems and data integration.
