Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex client engagements across AI, Cyber Security and Digital Trust from our UK delivery network. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping strategic solutions and driving growth while delivering measurable business outcomes.

The role requires broad consulting experience, strong business development credentials and the ability to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes and strategic engagements.
• Strong track record in business development and proposition building.
• Experience influencing C-suite, technology, security and risk stakeholders.
• Experience leading bids, RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Security, Digital Trust, AI Risk, GenAI Security or related disciplines.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and managing multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite, risk, security and technology leaders; influence decisions.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality, commercial outcomes and delivery success.
• Drive business development through propositions, account growth, bids and client pitches.
• Develop Digital Trust capabilities and provide thought leadership to the market.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers to build high-performing teams.
