We are seeking a professional to oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and coordinate P&Ls for designated business lines, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and clarity for users.
The role involves leading and developing teams of subject matter experts, sharing best practices, and working closely with business and finance teams to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include standardizing processes to improve efficiency, preparing timely and accurate management accounts, managing and developing a team of part-qualified accountants, and maintaining effective relationships with site and management teams.
The role also focuses on identifying process improvements, ensuring internal controls and audits are managed effectively, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
