Job summary

Pharmacy2U | Certified B Corp is seeking a Management Accountant to join our Leeds team. The role combines the delivery of management accounts, accruals, VAT and balance sheet controls in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days in the office.

You will partner with Finance and other stakeholders to drive accurate reporting and informed decision making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented and experienced in budgeting and forecasting, with ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications or progress toward them.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA with strong Excel skills.
• Experience in a finance role with budgeting and forecasting duties.
• Proactive and able to manage competing priorities to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate management accounts for a defined division and meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments and P&L analysis to support month-end close.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast with insights.
• Maintain cost reporting and understand cost drivers for forecasting.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns monthly.
• Build relationships across Finance teams to ensure timely information flow.
