They are now seeking a talented fundraiser to join as their Senior Major Gifts Manager.

Job title: Senior Major Gifts Manager

Location: London office twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Grade and salary: Up to £53,000

Hours: Full-time/flexible hours

Contract type: Permanent

You will join Barts Charity during an exciting period of ambitious fundraising to support two key health projects: a Clinical Research Facility in Whitechapel and a Breast Cancer Centre in the City of London at St Bartholomew's Hospital.

Responsibilities of the Senior Major Gifts Manager:

This role primarily focuses on identifying and securing new donors for capital campaigns and other significant projects.

Engage new prospects and leverage stakeholder referrals by developing strategic approaches and converting them into mutually beneficial relationships.

This position involves building a pipeline of major donors, trusts, and foundations.

Ideal candidate will have experience in:

Soliciting 6+ figure gifts from Trusts, Foundations, or major individual donors.

Proven success in identifying new funding sources.

A team player passionate about Barts Charity's mission.

Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
