Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an experienced Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to manage a high-value commercial claims caseload, often over 100k, including material damage and business interruption matters.

The role is home-based with regular regional travel and occasional overnight stays, requiring a proactive, meticulous approach and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to secure exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACILA or equivalent professional qualification and willingness to continue learning.
• Strong knowledge of FSA procedures and TCF initiatives.
• Extensive technical knowledge within complex loss adjusting.
• Understanding of client SLA compliance, productivity and quality.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to influence key personnel to gain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of predominantly commercial claims over 100k in value.
• Collaborate with casualty/liability teams and external parties to deliver high-quality service.
• Promote Crawford & Company values and ensure high standards of work across teams.
