Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a Major & Complex Loss Adjuster. The role is home-based with regular regional travel and occasional overnight stays depending on location.

You will manage a caseload of predominantly commercial claims over 100k in value, requiring collaboration with multiple teams and external partners. The ideal candidate has senior adjusting experience, familiarity with FSA procedures, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• ACILA or similar qualification with willingness to continue learning
• Extensive knowledge of FSA procedures and TCF initiatives
• Strong technical knowledge in complex loss adjusting
• Ability to lead others and achieve targets
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
• Experience in managing large commercial claims

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of predominantly commercial claims over 100k in value, often with material damage and business interruption elements
• Collaborate with other business streams and third parties to deliver high-quality service
• Promote Crawford & Company and uphold company practices and standards
• Travel regionally as required to support clients and offices; occasional overnight stays may be needed
