Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams across our stadium and training venues. You will mentor technicians and apprentices, ensuring responsive logging, tracking and closure of work orders within our CMMS.

We require a practical building maintenance background, proficiency with building services, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Experience in large venues or sports facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervisory experience in maintenance
• Experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of building services (MEP/HVAC/BMS) advantageous
• Experience in large venues or sports facilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site maintenance technicians and trade apprentices
• Log, assign, track and close work orders using the CMMS (24/7 CMMS)
• Manage assets, inspections and defect reports to ensure venue reliability
• Lead by example to maintain high standards of maintenance across multiple venues
