Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Falmer facilities. The role oversees on-site maintenance teams and apprentices, ensuring high standards of venue upkeep across the American Express Stadium and related facilities.

The candidate will log and track work orders using a CMMS, manage building fabric, MEP services, HVAC and BMS, and thrive in a fast-paced 24/7 environment at a premier football venue.

Qualifications

• Supervisory leadership in fast-paced facilities environments.
• Hands-on maintenance and facilities management knowledge.
• Experience with large venues or sports facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site maintenance technicians and trade apprentices.
• Log, assign, track and close work orders in the CMMS.

You will utilise computerised maintenance management systems (currently 24/7 CMMS) to log, assign, track and close work orders, assets, inspections and defect reports.
