Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance technicians and apprentices across our Brighton venues. The role focuses on delivering high-quality building maintenance and improving service standards within a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will manage work orders via CMMS, mentor the team, and contribute to keeping our stadiums and facilities world-class. Permanent, full-time position with a strong emphasis on hands-on leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• All-round building maintenance knowledge (fabric, MEP, HVAC, BMS).
• Experience in large, multi-functional venues or sports facilities.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians and apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site maintenance technicians and trade apprentices.
• Log, assign, track and close work orders in CMMS (24/7).
• Support 24/7 venue operations to maintain world-class standards.

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Behind every matchday experience, elite training session and world-class venue operation is a dedicated maintenance and facilities team ensuring our environment remains world-class. To support the continued growth of our maintenance operations across our venues, we are introducing a brand-new role who will supervise and mentor our on-site maintenance technicians and trade apprentices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. You will utilise computerised maintenance management systems (currently 24/7 CMMS) to log, assign, track and close work orders, assets, inspections and defect reports.

You will be a natural problem solver who leads by example, maintains composure under pressure and takes pride in delivering exceptional work. You will have an all-round building maintenance knowledge (building fabric, MEP services, HVAC, BMS). Ideally you will have experience working within large, multi-functional, high-occupancy venues or sports facilities.
