Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations across our stadium and training venues. You will supervise maintenance technicians and apprentices, log and track work orders in our CMMS, and ensure high standards of building fabric, MEP services, HVAC and safety.

The role is full-time (35 hours weekly) with a permanent contract, based at the Amex Stadium in Brighton. Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of building fabric, MEP services, HVAC and safety.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends in a stadium setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and apprentices on-site.
• Log, assign, track and close work orders using the CMMS.
• Coordinate inspections and defect reporting to maintain facilities.
• Mentor a collaborative, high-performing team.

You will utilise computerised maintenance management systems (currently 24/7 CMMS) to log, assign, track and close work orders, assets, inspections and defect reports. Could this be you?
