Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Malvern is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team. The role focuses on identifying failure modes, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and liaising with day teams to resolve long‑term engineering issues.

You will carry out preventive maintenance, manage spare parts via the maintenance management system, and ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance is completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineer role within manufacturing.
• Apprenticeship completed and NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Good reporting, time management and fault diagnosis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify failure modes of plant equipment and restore operation safely and promptly.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns and liaise with day teams for long-term issues.
• Use the maintenance system to locate spares and feed back work carried out.
• Carry out preventive maintenance routines and coordinate with others to complete planned maintenance.
• Record activities and ensure spare parts management aligns with scheduling.
