Redline Group is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering Manager in Immingham, Lincolnshire to lead maintenance and engineering activities, ensuring plant and equipment operate safely and reliably on a top-tier site.

You will drive compliance with legal requirements for a COMAH facility and coach an engineering team to foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement. Previous experience in electrical, EC&I or mechanical maintenance is essential.

Formación

• Extensive electrical, EC&I or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience on COMAH facilities and safety practices.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop an engineering team and foster safety culture.
