Job summary

You’ll lead maintenance initiatives with Operations, Technical, Engineering, and HR teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role offers stability in a forward-thinking manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in senior leadership across production, Health and Safety, Quality and NPD.
• Food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Respond to emergency machine breakdowns.
• Involve in design, installation and movements of machines.
• Overhaul and repair of machines and equipment.
• Ensure machines are safe, efficient and fit for purpose.
