Job summary

Executive Network Group is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role in a fast-paced food production environment. You will lead preventative maintenance, fault finding and safe operation of plant machinery, driving reliability and performance across the factory.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and team collaboration skills, with responsibility for upgrades, installations and coordinating contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in preventative maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in the Food or Beverage industry is essential.
• Strong fault-finding and repair capability with a structured maintenance approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, promote and carry out preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all machines are safe and fit for purpose.
• Undertake repairs and servicing to high standards per work requests.
