Job summary

Probe UK in the Wolverhampton area is seeking a senior maintenance engineer to join a global food group. You will take technical training on OEM programs and develop diagnosis packages for team members to follow while leading fault finding.

You will operate on continental shifts with hands-on maintenance, preventive and reactive tasks, and use SAP to record work. PLC experience with Allen-Bradley and strong IT/safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Electrically qualified.
• Experience with PLCs, ideally Allen-Bradley.
• Strong IT skills.
• Strong fault-finding capabilities.
• Health & Safety and Food Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Continental shift pattern (3's & 2's).
• Attend OEM and technical training.
• Lead fault finding and create step-by-step guides for engineers.
• Create training logs for engineers and apprentices.
• Hands-on maintenance, preventive and reactive tasks.
• Record engineering work in SAP.
• Support engineering supervisors to meet departmental goals.

I have a unique opportunity for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a global food giant in the Wolverhampton area. You will join the team as a senior maintenance engineer and take on all aspects technical training. You will take, learn and on board all OEM and technical training and develop this into diagnosis packages for team members to follow.

Senior Maintenance Engineer Duties include

• Continental shift rota. (3's & 2's).
• Attend OEM and technical training.
• Take technical lead in fault finding and develop step by step guides for engineers to follow.
• Create training logs for engineers and apprentices.

• Support and cover for engineering supervisors to achieve departmental goals.

Senior Maintenance Engineer Requirements
