Job summary

TXM Recruit is recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to support major facilities contracts across Surrey and Berkshire. You will manage PPMs, reactive works and general building services, with hours 7am–7pm and door-to-door pay.

On-call 1 in 4 weeks for emergencies, with a salary around £48,812 per year and company benefits. You’ll be the go-to engineer for technical support, monitoring of A/C systems, client communication and compliance delivery on your allocated site.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• F-Gas Cat 1 certification essential.
• Minimum Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (6187) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the mobile field team, remotely and on-site.
• Monitor air conditioning systems and performance.
• Provide regular client updates on site operations.
• Audit and deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and compliance to standards.
• Develop engineers' skills and knowledge within the team.
• Take ownership of air conditioning work orders within the region.

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule -Monday to Friday45 hours
• Workinghours- Between the hours of 7am to 7pm(Door to Door pay)
• On Call- 1 in 4 weeks on call. - This is for emergencies only.
