Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and operating ML systems in production.
• Familiar with serving patterns (REST APIs, batch inference).
• Proficient in Python and OO design for ML.
• Knowledge of IaC (Terraform) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with data processing and SQL fundamentals.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers and Backend Engineers to bridge model development and production systems.
• Lead the architectural design of end-to-end ML systems from data ingestion to real-time inference and monitoring.
• Transform prototypes into robust, scalable production software with ownership from discovery to production.
• Drive MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, feature stores).
• Communicate ML system complexities and trade-offs to tech and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build networks across Data and Engineering to ensure ML systems integrate with the platform.
• Lead projects, mentor peers and champion engineering excellence in data science.
