Job summary

Reply is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 and AI Governance Solution Architect to lead governance across Copilot Studio, Agent 365 and Entra in regulated client environments.

You will own M365 and Power Platform architecture, engage with CISOs and risk teams, and drive design authority, high-level designs and certification readiness. Strong commercial and pre-sales contributions are expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years or more in Microsoft infrastructure, identity and security.
• 3+ years as a named architect on client-facing engagements.
• Deep Microsoft 365 and Entra ID expertise for tenant design and governance.
• Experience with Purview, DLP and data lifecycle in large estates.
• Experience shaping proposals, bids and Statements of Work.

Responsibilities

• Own M365, Entra and Power Platform target architectures for regulated clients.
• Produce high-level designs, ADRs and architectural impact assessments.
• Act as design authority over delivery engineers and review outputs.
• Define governance for Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365 and Foundry.
• Map controls to NIST CSF 2.0, CIS and ISO/IEC frameworks; advise licensing.
