Job summary

Reply is seeking a Senior Architect to own Microsoft 365 and Power Platform architecture for regulated clients from discovery through board-level assurance. You will govern AI capabilities such as Copilot Studio and Agent 365, map controls to NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and EU AI Act, and work directly with CISOs and risk functions to ensure compliant solutions.

You will also lead governance for Tenant design, Entra, Purview and Defender within AI platform programs, collaborating with Azure

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Microsoft infrastructure, identity and security, with client-facing architect roles
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID architectural patterns in regulated environments
• Proven ability to deliver design authority and governance across large projects

Responsibilities

• Own M365, Entra and Power Platform architectures for regulated clients, including tenant design and data boundaries
• Produce high-level designs, ADRs and impact assessments for client reviews
• Act as design authority over delivery engineers and approve their work
• Define governance for Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365 and Microsoft Foundry, including licensing and controls
