Reply in Manchester seeks a Senior Architect to own Microsoft 365 and Power Platform governance for regulated clients, from discovery through to design authority and board-level assurance. You will govern Copilot Studio, Agent 365, Entra, Purview and Defender, map controls to NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls and the EU AI Act, and advise on licensing and consumption models.

• 10+ years in Microsoft infrastructure, identity and security, with client-facing architecture experience.
• Experienced in Microsoft 365, Entra ID tenant architecture and governance.
• Proven ability to deliver high-level designs and ADRs for regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Own M365, Entra and Power Platform target architectures for regulated clients.
• Produce high-level designs, architecture decision records and impact assessments.
• Act as design authority over delivery engineers and review board processes.
