Job summary

Gold Group in Brighton is looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor to lead a hard FM team and oversee on-site maintenance activities. The role focuses on supervising engineers and coordinating multiple trades, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will monitor KPIs, manage CAFM records, and report to the Service Manager. Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with Kronos attendance tracking and close client liaison responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experienced supervisor with strong background in mechanical and electrical building services within Hard FM.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple trades on site, including grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers, operatives and contractors to ensure timely, quality maintenance work.
• Monitor KPIs and manage records in the CAFM system.
• Conduct audits and generate reports and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and compliance documentation.
