Job summary

Gold Group is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor for a large Facilities Management organisation in Brighton. You will lead engineers, supervisors, and contractors, ensuring timely, quality maintenance and reactive tasks while coordinating multiple trades on site.

You will monitor KPIs in CAFM, conduct audits, manage safety paperwork, and liaise with clients. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pension and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced supervisor with strong background in mechanical and electrical building services within Hard FM.
• Skilled in managing teams and coordinating multiple trades on site including grounds maintenance.
• Proficient with CAFM systems for managing reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Well-versed in health and safety legislation and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers, operatives, and contractors to ensure timely, quality completion of maintenance and reactive tasks.
• Monitor KPIs and manage records in the CAFM system.
• Conduct audits and inspections, generating reports and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and compliance documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Chair monthly safety meetings and uphold health and safety standards.
• Review and approve risk assessments and method statements.
• Plan and oversee monthly PPMs and quality spot checks.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors, deputise for the Service Manager as needed.
