Job summary

Foster & May in London is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join its independent M&E Cost Management team. You will work on projects across commercial, residential, sports stadiums and corporate fit-out schemes, taking them from feasibility through final accounts within a UK/Europe remit.

You will join a team of around 20 M&E QS, lead projects independently, and benefit from APC training, MRICS support, pension and private healthcare, plus 1 day WFH and agile working.

Qualifications

• Completed a RICS / Construction / Engineering degree.
• MRICS or working towards MRICS.
• Good understanding of M&E systems and costs.
• Pre and post contract experience.
• Comfortable leading projects independently.
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of circa 20 M&E Quantity Surveyors handling projects from feasibility to final accounts.
• Work on commercial, residential, sports stadiums, and corporate fit-out schemes.
• Operate on projects UK and Europe with end-to-end cost management.

A modern, Cost Management consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their independent, M&E Cost Management team in London.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a team of circa 20 M&E Quantity Surveyors who take projects from feasibility though to final accounts for blue chip and high profile projects across the UK and Europe.

Project wise, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work on commercial, residential, sports stadiums, and corporate fit out schemes.

• Completed a RICS / Construction / Engineering degree
• MRICS or working towards
• Good understanding of M&E systems and costs
