Foster & May in London is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their independent M&E Cost Management team. You will work on commercial, residential, sports stadiums and corporate fit out schemes across the UK and Europe, leading projects with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will hold MRICS or be working towards it and have strong M&E cost understanding, pre/post contract experience, and PQS/Consultancy background.

Formación

• Completed a RICS / Construction / Engineering degree.
• MRICS or working towards.
• Good understanding of M&E systems and costs.
• Pre and post contract experience.
• Comfortable leading projects independently.
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead M&E cost management projects across commercial, residential, sports stadiums and corporate fit out schemes.
• Take projects from feasibility through to final accounts within a UK/ Europe context.

A modern, Cost Management consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their independent, M&E Cost Management team in London.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a team of circa 20 M&E Quantity Surveyors who take projects from feasibility though to final accounts for blue chip and high profile projects across the UK and Europe.

Project wise, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work on commercial, residential, sports stadiums, and corporate fit out schemes.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a RICS / Construction / Engineering degree
• MRICS or working towards
• Good understanding of M&E systems and costs
• Pre and post contract experienceComfortable leading projects independently
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
