Ernest And Florent LTD, a specialist M&E quantity surveying consultancy in London, seeks an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their established team. You will support a range of projects across sectors including offices, data centres, healthcare and residential, covering pre and post contract services.

You will gain exposure to complex MEP cost management and build strong client relationships while developing alongside experienced professionals in a commercially focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience as MEP/ME Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy.
• Pre and post contract experience.
• Valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Commercially aware, organised and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive team player with a desire to develop professionally.

Responsabilités

• Support a range of pre and post contract services including estimating and tendering.

A specialist M&E Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to appoint an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their established London team.

The MEP Quantity Surveyors Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious MEP Quantity Surveyor to develop their career within a specialist M&E Quantity Surveying practice.

You’ll support a variety of projects across sectors including commercial offices, data centres, residential, healthcare, education, transport and major infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will span a range of pre and post contract services, including estimating, tendering, cost reporting, valuations, variations, subcontractor accounts and final accounts.

The successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to technically complex projects, with the opportunity to develop your expertise across M&E cost management, while building strong relationships with clients.

This role would suit an MEP Quantity Surveyor who wants to specialise in building services, enjoys working in a commercially focused environment and is keen to develop alongside experienced industry professionals.

The MEP Quantity Surveyors Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
• Experience working as an MEP / M&E Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
• Both pre and post contract experience
• Knowledge of valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts
• Commercially aware, organised and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive team player with a desire to develop professionally
