Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in Building Services Engineering or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services.
• Experience in financial or account management.
• Ability to lead site-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical building services projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet milestones and programme deadlines.
• Monitor performance against schedules, budgets, and financial targets.
• Provide planning insight and analysis to support delivery and client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with training and development where required.
