Job summary

Fusion People Ltd in London is seeking an experienced M&E Project Planner to support the delivery of multi-disciplinary building services projects, ensuring plans are practical, safe and meet milestones.

You will work with operational and commercial teams, monitor progress against schedules and budgets, and liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Planner to support the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary building services projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are planned effectively and delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical building services projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to achieve contractual milestones and programme deadlines.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, budgets, and financial targets.
• Provide planning insight and analysis to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

About You

• HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services.
• Good understanding of commercial management and project delivery within multi-discipline contracts.
• Experience in financial or account management.
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate site-based teams.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
