Job summary

MostonRECRUIT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of M&E projects across the UK. You will own projects from initial survey and design through procurement, delivery, commissioning, handover and final account, combining leadership, client management, commercial responsibility and business development.

Projects span M&E, HVAC, decarbonisation, asset replacement, and related building services, often within live environments.

Qualifications

Senior project management experience within M&E, HVAC, building services or construction.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, preferably in live retail or other business-critical environments.
Strong client-facing, leadership and account-management skills.
Experience with decarbonisation, heat pumps, AHUs, ventilation, BEMS/controls or HVAC asset replacement.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects safely, on programme, within budget and to required quality standards.
Manage client relationships and act as a senior point of contact for key stakeholders.
Oversee surveys, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary project teams.
Monitor programme, costs, risks, resources, variations and commercial performance.
Produce accurate forecasts, CVRs and project reporting.
Identify and develop opportunities for repeat and additional work.
Coach and support Project Managers and wider delivery teams.
Ensure compliance with CDM, health & safety, quality and project-specific requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and effective lessons learned.
Provide site presence, including occasional out-of-hours attendance where required.
