Job summary

Sigma Retail Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of turnkey M&E projects and support growth of key client accounts. You will manage a portfolio of M&E, HVAC, decarbonisation and asset replacement projects from survey through to handover and final account.

You will build strong client relationships, drive commercial performance, and lead Project Managers and delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget across

Qualifications

• Proven senior project management experience within M&E, HVAC or building services.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong client-facing and account management with repeat business track record.
• Experience delivering decarbonisation projects and major HVAC asset replacements.
• Strong commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of client relationships with accountability and trusted partnerships.
• Oversee successful delivery of multiple M&E projects from pre-construction to final account.
• Develop and maintain account plans, manage pipelines, opportunities, risks and growth priorities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and repeat work.
• Lead project surveys, design reviews, start-up meetings and progress reviews.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance ensuring programme, quality and safety.
